Heart of my work is combining Therapy and Yoga for a new, unique approach.
Have you ever noticed how much more centred you feel after a yoga practice, even if you cannot relate to it’s (spiritual) roots?

Each Asana, postures in yoga, has a different effect on the body. Ranging from grounding standing poses such as Warrior or Triangle to opening up the heart in Camel or Upward-facing dog. In my ‘deep dive’ we make a conscious selection of practices and asanas to support you in your intentions and (inner) movements.
At the same time, I use my knowledge of therapy to guide you along and facilitate your inner (and outer) movements. Letting the body talk can steer up many emotions and I am there to hold the space and to guide you through the process.
The Deep Dive Sessions are neither ‘just’ Yoga, nor are they ‘just’ Therapy.
You do not need to know where the journey is going.
The simple intention of wanting to move is enough.
Sessions can, but do not have to, include aspects of yoga, breathwork, chanting, meditating and/ or talking and feeling deep into the body. This practice is deeply infused by my therapeutic background and scientific research of the nervous system and emotional regulation of the brain.

Investment
One session lasts 50 minutes. Costs are in the range of 45-65 Euro based on your own estimate of how much you can and want to pay.
